What Does The Bible Say About Vaccination

What Does The Bible Say About Coronavirus

Pastor reveals the reasons behind COVID vaccine hesitancy in the evangelical community

The coronavirus pandemic has caused great suffering and even death for many people around the world. It has also caused major disruption of our economic systems. Many people wonder why God has allowed it to happen, and is it an omen that the end of the world is near? The Bible does not really answer these questions, but it does have a lot of related information.

What Do Health Care Workers Say Do People Actually Cite This As A Reason To Avoid The Shot

Nicole Williams, a traveling intensive care unit nurse, said she has heard the “mark of the beast” as a reason not to get vaccinated many times.

“I get being hesitant because it is new and we don’t know the long-term effects, but calling it the ‘mark of the beast’ is crazy,” Williams told USA TODAY.

Williams has worked in hospitals in Texas, New York, California and Hawaii in her three years as a nurse.

She said the latest surge of COVID-19 cases has been “hell,” and a lot of younger people have died. She said vaccines are not a magical shot that cures all, but they’re one of many tools to fight the virus.

“I understand that people want to get back to how things were, but calling something you don’t understand the ‘mark of the beast’ is extreme and harmful,” she said. “I’m exhausted and tired of seeing so many people die, but I will do my damnedest to try and keep my patients alive.”

Emergency room physician Stephen Smith at Hennepin Healthcare told USA TODAY he hasn’t heard the ‘mark of the beast’ as a reason to not get vaccinated but a few other outlandish reasons.

Smith said one woman brought her child in for a fever and cough, and he explained that the toddler might have COVID-19. When he asked the mother if she had been vaccinated, Smith said her response was “Oh no, that turns you into a zombie.”

“Social media plays a 100% role in the misconceptions about the vaccine,” Smith said. “They get all their information off Facebook and get all this garbage.

Bible In The Hands Of Ordinary People

In the 16th century, Martin Luther and other Protestant reformers translated the Bible from an already existing Greek text into the languages of common people. Prior to this, most men and women in Europe were exposed to the Bible through the Vulgate, a Latin version of the Old and New Testaments that only educated men mostly Catholic priests could read.

As people read the Bible many for the first time they inevitably began to interpret it as well. Protestant denominations formed around such interpretations. By the time Protestants started forming settlements in North America, there were distinctly Anglican, Presbyterian, Anabaptist, Lutheran and Quaker reading of the Bible.

The English Calvinists who settled the Plymouth and Massachusetts Bay built entire colonies around their reading of the Bible, making New England one of the most literate societies in the world. In the 18th century, popular access to the Bible was one way that the British including the North American colonies distinguished themselves from Catholic nations that did not provide such access.

Be Filled With The Blood Of Jesus

Literally, by believing and praying so , we will be filled with The Blood of Jesus Christ The Son of God! By faith and prayer, we have The PRECIOUS Blood of Christ circulating in our body, yes, The Blood of Jesus effectively working in our whole spirit, soul and body, for The Blood is the core of The Word of God, .

Thus, Paul caught this BIG revelation, always carrying about in the body The Dying of The LORD Jesus , that The Life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. .

I have been praying 2 Corinthians 4:10 and related Scriptures for some years now. Then sometime ago, while I was meditating on that Scripture, The Holy Spirit suddenly said: That Scripture is about The Circulation of The Blood of Jesus.

I thought it further. It is indeed! For It says always carrying about in the body The Dying of The LORD Jesus, that The Life of Jesus also be manifested in our body. The life of the flesh is in the blood, .

Therefore, as we circulate The Blood of Jesus in our body by praying so always and by taking The Communion, His very Life is manifested in our body.

Oh, that youll catch this revelation and run with it!

When you believe it with the heart and confess it with the mouth , you will be always carrying about in the body The PRECIOUS Blood of Christ, that The Life of Jesus also be manifested, revealed, effected in your body!

The Life of Jesus is in His PRECIOUS Blood. Get The Life! Get The Life of Jesus, by His Blood in your body your whole spirit, soul and body.

Why Do We Need Vaccines If God Protects Us

Anti

In some circles there can be a tendency to despise the use of medicine. Does God protect us? The answer is yes. Yet there are ways and means that God uses to protect us.

For example, God put it into the hearts of men to create seatbelts which protects us in the event of a car accident. I think it is not only fair but safe to say that God does not despise medicine he uses it and works through it. There are times when God will heal you miraculously without any medical intervention at all. However God will also use medical intervention to bring healing.

The same truth we considered earlier applies here as well. If you are sick and go to the doctor, there is nothing wrong with that. Also you must acknowledge that God gives us faith and wisdom. Faith is necessary to believe God can heal and wisdom is necessary to understand that he often uses medicine to do it. Whether God uses the power of medicine or his own power, they are both ways God protects you.

Can Christians Get A Covid Vaccine

22.01.2021Posted by Matthew Mason

Can Christians receive a Covid vaccine with a clear conscience? Or should we refuse to be vaccinated? This has been a matter of some debate, because all of the currently available vaccines have been developed or tested using cell lines derived originally from aborted babies. Some Christians have therefore stated strong opposition to receiving a vaccine. In this post, Im going to argue that Christians can receive, and administer, any of the currently licensed Covid vaccines with a clear conscience. In what follows, the small print sections fill in some details. I hope theyre helpful, but if you skip them, youll still get the main points. For a really brief summary, see here.

Why is this Controversial?

Vaccine ethics are complex. The Center for Bioethics and Human Dignity has a helpful summary of the issues. The major issue at stake for Christians with Covid vaccines has to do with how the vaccines are developed and tested. Perhaps many in our churches will be unaware that this is even a question worth asking. But the reason its controversial is that all three of the Covid vaccines currently licensed in the UK have either been developed or tested using cell lines originally created from the tissue of aborted foetuses.

Letter To The Churches

First, we must remember that Revelation is a first-century letter to seven churches in Asia Minor . Letters in antiquity are much like modern letterssituational, personal, and contextual. To understand a letter between two people , you really need to know a thing or two about what necessitated the sending of the letter in the first place. In other words, you need context. In order to rightly interpret the letter of Revelation, we need to investigate these churches historical situation.

Many evangelicals tend to skip over this step and jump straight to application. This is a grave mistake. If we completely detach our modern-day applications from a texts original, historical context, we risk misapplying the textsometimes in embarrassing ways. Revelation 13:17 is one such text. In order to interpret it rightly, we need to know its context. We need some historical data from the letters time period in order to gain clarity into its meaning. Is there any such data that might shed some light on this passage? As it turns out, there is.

What Is Repentance And Is It Necessary For Salvation

www.gotquestions.orgrepentance

Many understand the term repentance to mean a turning from sin. Regretting sin and turning from it is related to repentance, but it is not the precise meaning of the word. In the Bible, the word repent means to change ones mind. The Bible also tells us that true repentance will result in a change of actions .

Rulers Are Not A Terror To Good Works

Are Vaccinations Okay? – Your Questions, Honest Answers

Lets read the next verse.

Romans 13:2Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

Woah!

That sure makes it sound like we better listen to our corrupt politicians, or else, God is going to rain down fire and brimstone on us!

Yet, just relax, let the Scriptures flow.

Romans 13:3For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

Now here we go, do not read over this verse, this is the most important one here.

This verse is our qualifier.

The whole assumption with Romans 13:1-4, is that our rulers, are good rulers.

A good ruler would not be a terror to good works.

However, an evil ruler would be a terror to good works.

Look at the lockdowns.

The government, which would be our rulers broke the law of our land. They broke the law, being the Constitution, and forced healthy people to isolate themselves in their homes.

The government forced us to wear masks because of their interpretation of science.

That was wicked, not good, but wicked.

Romans 13:4For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

Have our rulers done good?

The answer is no.

Gods Word is complete my friends.

Religious Wisdom & Sacred Texts On Vaccination & Public Health

Public health crises and even plagues are not new for religious communities. The ongoing threat posed by Covid-19 has led religious leaders, scholars, and practitioners to continue to discuss, debate and articulate what their traditions have to say about this centuries-old challenge. Some articulations cut across traditions for instance, majorities of most religious groups in the U.S. see getting vaccinated as an example of loving your neighbor . Many articulations speak from the language and scripture of a particular tradition below is a sampling of sacred texts and statements, listed in alphabetical order by religion, that religious communities have used to engage in the work of public health amidst this global pandemic. These texts were drawn from public statements and IFYCs alumni network.

Vaccines Vs The Foundation Of Jesus Christ

I have followed the development of various vaccines for a long time now: those of Pfizer BioNTech, Moderna and Oxford/AstraZeneca. And even the propagandist one by Russia, Sputnik V.

As aforesaid, the best of them do not have 100% efficacy . Thus, in spite of receiving a vaccine and its side effects, one is NOT even FULLY protected. And it COULD fail to protect at all.

Furthermore, drug approval is no guarantee of drug safety. Many drugs approved have ruined the lives of patients. And some were subsequently banned by the same authorities that had approved them.

The Oxford/ AstraZeneca vaccine trials are even said by the scientific community as based on shaky science. .

Indeed, all human solutions are shaky. Dont depend on them. Depend only on God and His SOLID Foundation which is Jesus Christ.

Nevertheless The SOLID Foundation of GOD stands... 2 Timothy 2:19.

For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is JESUS CHRIST. 1 Corinthians 3:11.

Build your faith on JESUS CHRIST, consider His caution for the times we are in:

The BLOOD of The Son of Man is much more than enough. Depend ONLY and totally on The PRECIOUS Blood of Christ.

Arguments Against Vaccination: What Does The Bible Say

Increasing numbers of parents are finding plenty of arguments against vaccination, including the reality that vaccines go against what the Bible says and what God wants for His creation. In this article, Danielle sheds some light on why Christians may want to rethink vaccines, and why it is essential to protect our religious freedoms.

Most parents dont even think about questioning the modern medical care system. You have a baby you get vaccines and whatever treatments your doctor says he needs.

But how about investigating the arguments against vaccination? Is societys current paradigm what Christians are called to follow? Does the Bible even talk about vaccines?

I would argue that yes, the Bible talks about pharmaceuticals, trusting in man, the holiness of our bodies, keeping our hearts and hands clean, and what happens when Gods creation is altered in depth.

And that, my friends, touches on the issue of vaccines.

Why Should You Believe In The Precious Blood Of Christ And How Do You Use The Blood

God made immune systems, why do we need vaccines ...
  • The Blood is the ONLY PERFECT solution for all problems of mankind. It is The Fathers ONLY provision for Salvation and things that accompany Salvation, .
  • Only The Blood of Jesus Christ truly heals: our whole spirit, soul and body.
  • Pharmacy is from the Greek word phamakea, which means sorcery witchcraft.

In these last days, both medical and recreational drugs will be used by Satan to bewitch many into destruction.

Much of medical practice is by the evil wisdom of a powerful demon called asclepius whose a snake/ snakes on a pole symbol doctors use.

Indeed, pharmaceutical and medical solutions are at the core of the offering of the mark of the beast.

Those who put their faith in pharmaceutical and medical solutions will easily be eventually bewitched and deceived to take the mark!

Be WARNED now! And take heed that you are not deceived.

You see, as The LORD Jesus Christ has told us in advance, there will soon be more pestilences. And eventually, the mark of the beast will be offered as an all-in-one protection from them, among other promises of deception by Satan to destroy the receivers in hell.

Vaccinations will get people conditioned and brainwashed to accept the mark of the beast when it is eventually introduced. For the mark will be offered as a composite solution for health protection and enhancement, transactions convenience/necessity, mental prowess and performance, long-life, etc.

  • The Blood of Jesus sets free and makes whole.

‘it’s Really Not About The Science’

And the reasons are myriad: some might believe the diseases involved are not that serious, or that exposure to infectious disease builds a “natural immunity.”

Others believe organic foods or extended breastfeeding boost immunity and there are the parents who essentially free-load off those who do vaccinate, believing they can manage any health threat by pulling their kids from school if there’s an outbreak.

Unlike many divisive issues such as climate change, abortion or gun control, Goldenberg notes anti-vaxxers cross the political spectrum, with opponents including left-wing progressives and right-wing conservatives. Even an eco-warrior whose understanding of climate change is science-based can be anti-vaccine, she notes.

“Same with climate change if you accept that climate change is a real thing, is a real threat, then that leads you down to policy initiatives around market regulations, limiting carbon emissions.”

Nevertheless, debate is often framed around the science, and Goldenberg says “we would do well to move away from arguing about the science.”

“Let’s talk about some values and the policy implications,” she suggests.

“If you can separate those two, you can actually get a lot more consensus … and then you can actually get to the issues that are actually at the heart of the conflict, which are value conflicts and policy initiatives that affect people’s lives.”

So no, obviously, the Bible doesnt say protecting your nose from a virus is a sin. But the cultural narrative that makes that argument appealing to a fringe few is no laughing matter. Instead of trying to use religion to avoid a commonsense scientific solution to a deadly pandemic, I hope religious Americans can instead focus on how we can protect one another and save lives. Because the Bible does have a lot to say about that.
